This spring with all the craziness associated with Covid19- I decided to design a tiny home studio on my house lot. Originally I had planned to build a kid’s fort- 12×12- in this location but it never came to fruition. This year we found ourselves under extraordinary circumstances. Suddenly everyone had to stay at home. As our family struggled to get used to working and attending school at home, I began to fantasize about creating a place to escape from my own family. Thus, I created this little studio building. The idea was to make it inexpensive, and easy to construct using common materials that I could buy from our local home supply store.
