We are nearing completion on a new 89 room boutique hotel in Sarasota, Florida. The project is the result of a near three year collaboration with developer Jason Cincotta of the Cincotta Companies. The project is a celebration of the famous architectural mid-century movement called The Sarasota School of Architecture.

For this project Stephen designed the building and also all of the interiors including the furniture and fixtures all guest rooms, lobby, bar/restaurant and outdoor areas.
